Step 1: Click Complete via DocuSign
Step 2: Fill Out Your Name and Email Address
Step 3: Click the Other Actions Drop down menu and select Print and Sign
Step 4: Click Upload and then Continue
Step 5: Click Download
Step 6: Open the document that has downloaded. Then you can print, sign, scan and save the document.
Step 7: Now that your document has a wet signature you can choose the Manually Upload Document Option:
